As populations are increasing, human beings need the same level of intake, in a short span of time. Companies and farmers are using fertilizers to accelerate the production process. This means that wheat, which would normally take six months to grow, is now being grown in three months with help from various chemical agents.

Staying healthy is not as complicated or difficult as some might think. After all, you do not necessarily need to make big changes to your lifestyle immediately. In addition, by taking it one-step at a time instead of tackling everything at once, not only are you much more likely to succeed but maintain any improvements made as a result. The only thing that we need to do is to go back to the basics. Eat healthy, sleep better, and always consult a medical practitioner before taking up any medical steps.
